Birra di un bel colore ambrato, con lievi riflessi
rubino. Schiuma bianca pannosa e persistente.
Al naso si distinguono aromi fruttati, floreali e
agrumati. In bocca l’attacco è dolce, con le note
di caramello ben in evidenza, bilanciate da una
giusta nota di amaro.
La ricetta prevede l’uso di diversi malti
caramellati, che contribuiscono al colore e al
sapore di questa birra.
